If your Instagram messages are disabled, Hypello won’t be able to send or receive DMs. Follow the steps below to ensure your account is set up to allow message access.
Enable via Instagram App (Mobile)
Open the Instagram app and go to your Profile.
Tap the ☰ (menu) icon on the top-right, then go to Settings and privacy.
Scroll down to Messages and story replies.
Tap Message requests.
Enable Allow access to messages.
Once enabled, go back to ReplyRush and click the [Check again] button to confirm.
